24-Hour assistance for the Italian and international markets
An annual subscription service that guarantees a 24/7 on-call remote and / or on-site assistance.
The customer can choose on which groups of machines to activate the service that is accessed using a toll-free number and via a dedicated SKYPE address for communications. The service enables you to reduce line stoppages and to request assistance 24 hours a day to solve problems and to re-start production in the shortest possible time.
Non-subscribers can also request assistance but will not be able to contact technicians outside normal business hours.
