1 year Extended Warranty on Machines or Systems

We offer our customers the option to extend the standard warranty in order to prolong the advantages it provides.

The extended warranty covers the supply of spare parts and components required for routine maintenance.

The extended warranty on spare parts and components of machines includes:

• Defective parts
• Defective parts caused by design faults
• Parts damaged because of incorrect installation by SITI B&T
• Parts with manufacturing defects

The following are not covered by the warranty:

• Components subject to wear
• Parts damaged due to improper use
• Parts damaged due to poor maintenance

SITI B&T reserves the right to request the return of components replaced under warranty in order to carry out technical assessments or to carry out an on-site assessment at the customer’s premises.
