Original Spare Parts Dedicated Warehouse

SITI B&T has been manufacturing equipment for the ceramics industry for over 50 years and today has an installed base of over 11,000 machines worldwide.

The Group has recently invested in warehouses dedicated to original spare parts, managed by advanced computer systems and WMS for handling both incoming and outgoing goods, which allow us to offer solutions for any type and brand of machine, regardless of their age.

The Original Spare Parts are packaged so that they can be handled easily in any of our customer’s warehouses both in terms of packing and for traceability via barcode.

All the original spare parts are of high quality. They have been designed, tested and certified by the same designers of the plant in which they are used in order to ensure maximum reliability and durability over time.

Customer Services, both at the head office and the branches, consists of a team of qualified professionals who are able to offer support in identifying and installing the parts. They are also able to recommend specific spare parts lists based on the customer’s production requirements and location.
